My flip book shows a flower at it's beginning stages of life and how it needs sunlight and rain for it to grow. As it continues to grow, it grows too big. Then when winter comes, the petals change color, weaken, and eventually fall off. Then the process begins all over again. I wanted to show the seasons and how it affected the flower itself.

I thought your idea was really unique and I enjoyed your use of color.
ReplyDeleteVery nice approach to nature, had a little bit of trouble following the sequence, nice drawings.
ReplyDeleteYou did a really good job illustrating but it was a little jumpy in parts but overall very nice.
ReplyDeletelittle blotchy in some areas (hard to do every stage of growth) but overall i enjoyed your concept and i believe your book turned out very well!
ReplyDeleteThe animation was skillful. Some of the best slides were left off. I assume this owes to the fact that transitions are difficult to capture in a single photograph, though these transitions were the highlight of the animation, and very creative.
ReplyDeleteVery cute! if your animations were closer to the outside edge of the book they would have flowed even better.
ReplyDeletegreat color
ReplyDeletecool concept
Nice use of colors, but a little short.
